    Default Land prices; expectation

Last year we bought us some land (60 are) in the North beachfront a bit west from Siririt.
We had planed to start building one villa this year. But because we are extreme busy now with our companies in Holland however it looks like we won’t be able to start in the next few years. This now is for u a reason to think about what will be best. Keeping the land, hoping for raising prices, or selling it approx. the price it did cost? It is not that we need the money right now. But more about thinking the best way to keep it invested.

Well, I hope this is not a hidden advertisement.....

May be you are aware, may be not, but the development of villas is going that direction. You know who.

Depending on beach frontage size, and neighboring land, it may not be such a bad idea to wait.

I may double, triple or more in the next 10 years.
    That's It !!

As my balinese father-in-law always says: Land is a good investment. Its one ot the few things man can not produce (and yes, I tried to tell him about the netherlands, where25% or so used to be sea, but that didnt count).
