    Default Balinese employees

We are in the process of (or at least seriously thinking about) buying an existing business in Bali. Can anyone tell me the name of a good notary who can give us advice on employment issues. For example, we would like to keep most of the existing staff but there are a couple that we are not so keen on (for various reasons). How difficult is it to get rid of staff (I have heard you need 3 warning letters) without causing ourselves a lot of headaches with Manpower? Also, if we are taking over the existing company, do we automatically inherit the staff on whatever deal they are on now or can we re-negotiate employment contracts?
