Thread: Anyone in the textile industry here?

I'm having a hard time trying to find organic and sustainable fabrics here in Bali. Just wondering of anyone has any knowledge first hand as to why with an island full of Bamboo there is no Bamboo fiber production facility?

Seems like a viable option for a savvy entrepreneur given the increasing number of 'Eco-Friendly' brands opening up shop in Bali.

Hey mate,
Thanks for that, I've spoken with these folks actually, great contact. Looking more for the source textile as this way we are asking a brand to make a second design so they add cost onto their standard price. We're looking to buy the textile and then have it cut to our design patterns so that our tailors and printers can complete the product.
