Here are a few - others may add:
Commonwealth Bank Indonesia - a small Indo bank owned by a big Aussie bank. Belongs to ATM Bersama (see ATM Bersama - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) so you can use many ATMS (no fee) including BCA, BNI, Mandiri, and more
BCA- has a large network of ATMs, offers services via ATM to pay Indovision etc
BNI - many ATMs, government owned I think, you can pay Lion Air from an ATM - so you book your flight on the web, then have a couple of hours to get to an ATM and pay
Mandriri - also a large network of ATMs, and also goverment owned I think, and services via the ATM - but I am not so familiar with them
Of these, I am familiar with Internet banking provided by Commonwelath and BCA - both work well and use those little gizmos that give you a number to enter into the web session for security.
Adding to RonB's information, we use Danamon Bank and are happy with their customer service in Ubud. They have plenty of ATMs. They also offer internet banking with the security gizmo.

ty both of you , Ronb&Pollyanna !
So , here is my plan :
- I will spend 1 month in Feb /11 , looking for 12-months accomodation , bank account and business opportunity . Then looking for a reputable agent to get a sosial visa .
- Back to Italy , get the visa , packing some stuff ( those unsold...) and chasing my mirage !!
May I ask you which is the most popular business for expats ? i can assume it's something involved in tourism , a little crowded branch , I guess...
once again , many thanks
