I'm guessing you're still in Singapore? When you arrive in Bali, Immigration will stamp your arrival date on a page near your visa.

About 10 days before the 60 day visa expires, you then need to apply for an extension, either directly at Immigration or through an agent.

I suggest you staple your Departure card in the passport as well or immigration may use the date your visa was issued to calculate the next extension, instead of the date you actually arrived. It's happened to me on several occasions.
Madness takes its toll. Please have exact change.

    Thanks for this quick reply.

I confirm the fees for a one day social visa through a agent : 175 Singa. dollars. Expensive but easy !
And also, if you need a social visa for all the family, you just need one letter with all the names and 1 passport size pic for each personn plus a copy af the sponsor's KTP (I.D.).

I post here a letter i used. It can be helpfull :

    -----------------------------

    Kepada Yth
    Bapak Pimpinan Imigrasi
    Kedutaan Besar Republik Indonesia
    Di Singapura

    Bali, DATE

    Dengan Hormat

Yang bertanda tangan dibawah ini saya

Nama : name of your sponsor
    Umur : age of sponsor
Kelahiran: Date of birth of sponspor
    Alamat :adress of the sponsor
    Pekerjaan : sponsor"s occupation
Nomor KTP : ID number of the sponsor

    Dengan ini menyatakan bahwa,
    Nama : Your name
    Kebangsaan : Your nationality
Normor paspor : Your passport number
Tempat – Tgl lahir : Date and place of birth
    Pekerjaan : your occupation

    dan anak-anak

Nama : name of your child
    Kebangsaan : Nationality
    Normor paspor : passport number
Tempat – Tgl lahir : Date and place of birth

Add other kids here, with all the previous indication.

Adalah kenalan saya yang akan ke Indonesia untuk mengadakan kunjungan kepada keluarga saya. YOUR NAME HERE, beserta anak YOUR CHILD(s) NAME(s) HERE, sejak lama kenal sebagai orang yang berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah tersangkut urusan Kepolisian Republik Indonesia.

    Hormat saya

I NAME OF YOUR SPONSOR, Sponsor

Your sponsor have to sign here.
Don't forget to put a 6000 Rps Official Stamp.

    ---------------------

Then you just have to call a Singapore Agent several days before your trip. He will collect the passport before 11 am in Singapore and give it you back after 4 PM. One days trip is possible but looks hard with kids.

    Hope it Helps.
