    Default Sos Bud Sponsors letter for a family

    Hi all,
    I am currently in the process of organizing our move to Bali, Yay !!!
    Iv been doing quiet a lot of research and have found most of the information I require from this forum, thankyou.
    There is two things I'm still not sure of though, they are;
    1, For my Sos bud sponsors letter do I need each person applying named with passport numbers etc within the one letter, or 1 sponsor letter per person ???
    (I am applying from Australia)

    2, How long roughly does it take from the time I send my passport off (via Bali consulate in Melbourne), to when I will get it back ???

    Any help offered, I would be very grateful for, Thanks.

    I believe each person needs to have there information on the letter

    4 days at most. If you are sending/posting allow time for the post to do everything but it will only stay at the consulate for 4 days

    P.s once in Bali I would recommend you stay away from Bali Mode Sriwijaya Jln (Melasti) I cant speak for other Bali Modes but they were the worst company I have ever dealt with inc Tiger Airways!

    Just a further note, It all depends on who you speak with - Much like Indonesia! So what one might say is neccesary the next wont. I got quite lucky, my boyfriend was from the same village as the consulate official so I needed the basics.. call someone up, find someone who is flexible and address it direct to them.. He also came in alot of help since I have been here also :) life long contact!

    Thanks, they seem to be the place that comes up the most in conversation and seem well represented on the internet.
    I'll have a look out for them when we finally get there !!!

    Thanks for all the help, heads up and advice.
    Its great to know we've got some well informed people we can yell out to if we need

    Cheers
