hmmm...I don't think you can, unless you would feel comfortable hiring an agent..send your passport to him (illegal) and the agent could maybe take care of getting an EPO...wich would be no good since it won't be stamped by imigrasi at the airport when leavining the country.

Maybe you need to explain your situation a little more.

Final Departure or EPO (Exit Permit Only)

When you are reading to leave Indonesia for good you will need to turn in your KITAS, Buku Pengawasan Orang Asing and obtain an 'exit only' permit from the immigration office. After getting the EPO stamped on your passport, a copy of the stamp is needed to apply for cancellation on your SKPPS, SKLD, Work Permit. You must turn in the original documents to each department who issued the permits.

    Hi,

So to clarify the situation: upon leaving Bali last week we realised that my wife and 2 kids didn't have an Exit Visa, I was told they didnt need one as I had a multiple exit visa, anyway long story short we missed our flight and had to get a 3 month exit visa for the wife and kids, the customs guy originally said you need an epo if your leaving and that we would be arrested if we came back in without one? We do not plan to return to Bali in the near future also.

    any ideas?

    Thanks in advance.

No real problem except if you want to come back to Indonesia, you will have to pay a fine

I think changing passports is the easiest way...
I mean apply for a new passport in your homecounrty or nearest embassy,
that would mean no Indonesian stamps inside it and a new pasportnumber..
