Returning to Bali

For what I know for our own business, is that listings on our site, aid to the rental income but never realise the full potential, allthough we will be doing some more "experiments" to aid certain clients in the near future.

In my opinion the most succesful people, depending on the market targeted, are those that do it themselves, with aid of companies like us, and f.i. google advertising. She is not one out of a hundred, if you take a longer period.

Yes there are companies that do the management and rentals after purchase, we have some of those in our portfolio but not on our site yet. Its allways good to check their record, and not fall for the slogans.

Yes, I understand all about rental managements. The Good and the Bad. Once I used one on my two remaining rental properties I own in San Diego, ca. What a pain in the butt, Seems like they needed monies for everything one could think of. This was a very long year since I was stationed in Japan.

At present both of this rentals are listed for sale. As soon as I cash out I'll be actively persuing to purchase more properties, hopefully in the Bali area.

Can you please provide me with more info on hotels for sale?

We have a lot of hotels in our portfolio, ranging from big 5 stars, to 4 bedroom homestay likes.
