My fiance and i have booked a trip to Bali for one month of 'budget' traveling. What are the conditions as far as safety? Please let me know of any areas you might avoid. Suggestions?

Just returned from bali 1 monthago everything is okay but just be aware at night time. was in lovina in the north kuta legian are to touristy.
