A future view...... (DREAM!)

Hey all, I have been reading this forum & checking into this site for quite sometime now.. Thought it might as well be my turn to ask something....
I am married to a WONDERFUL Balinese man (Gede) we have a 5 year old daughter called Maddison & planning on expanding the family soon. Gede has just been granted his residency in Melbourne, Aust.
We plan to return to Bali within next 7 years or so to live. His family is from Tuban & Gede worked for about 8 years at the airport, he is confident on obtaining work there again upon our return as he has contacts!!! :wink:
But I do not want to be sitting around doing nothing all day! I thought we might buy a small cafe/bar or something that I could run, with our family as he has 6 bro's & sisters etc...
Any advice on other things I could do or look into? as we have about 5-7 years for me to study or do an English Teaching Course etc. I currently work for a big company as a Qa officer, but doubt it would get me any work in Bali. I would like to help Orphans, street kids, maybe teach them how to cook in the cafe, waiter/ess, talk to Tourists etc, give them confidence?
Honestly I'd like to know what would be most beneficial now for later on. I'd go nut's at the house all day, I need something to do & I guess some money too.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I think the Balinese have a bright future in the international export of art and handicrafts. That's where I would concentrate for future business opportunities.

Thanks... I actually do some paintings myself, although just for fun & relaxation...
But you may have given me a few more idea's. I would definately like to offer something to the kids too, might think about intermingling?! Thanks for your response.
