I have lived in bali for 2 years now and thought it was time I tried to learn to cook local foods... SO........Have just spent a delicious morning ar Bamboo Shoots Cooking class in sanur, starts with a trip to the local market, followed by breaky and cooking class, made five dishes, came home full of yummy food, would recommend it to anyone wanting a introduction to indo foods, and half the price of a lot of the up market ones too.

This cooking school is getting good comments in the Sanur area. The two Indonesian girls operating it seem to be having a great time.
