Hello,

My friend wants to visit her family and friends in Holland. She has no good internet access as she lives quite remote.
I try to help her to find affordable tickets for her and her 2 children.
Does any of you have a tip which internet sites or what travel agent to consult in Bali? She would like to travel in march, but any cheaper period is also an option.

She might be better getting the ticket from Europe to Bali and then using the legs in reverse. Its my experience that you can get a ticket from UK to Bali return from around £500 or a $1000 dollars.

You can not use "the legs in reverse" - inbound and outbound tickets are completely different things. You could only do this is you buy 2 round tickets from the UK.
A more feasible thing to do is to search the net for a cheap return ticket from Bangkok (which is much bigger travel hub than Indonesia, i.e. the chances to find a cheap ticket are much better), and to find a cheap (e.g. AirAsia) ticket on the corresponding days to Bangkok.

Try KCB Tours in the Kuta area. Better take an option for a ticket first and see if the visa gives problems. KCB is also the Dutch consul in Bali.
