    Default Self Raising flour

Yes, I know I can make it myself by adding baking powder to plain flour - but I would like to buy some ready-made. Does anyone know where I can get some?

I did see some - I think it was in Delta Dewata in Ubud, but since the baking powder works fine, I wasn't tempted to buy it.

thanks Ron, it's just that I can never remember how much baking powder:flour and I can't be bothered googling it. I wanted to try an upside down mango cake, and to my horror it's asking for SR flour.

I think Ron is right; you should be able to find it in Delta Dewata but if you cannot i know you can find it at Bintang. I bought some a couple of days ago.

If you did Google it, I think you would find 1 teaspoon of baking powder to 1 cup of flour.
