Thanks Marc. We're not really in the phase of looking for land yet. First we just want to see if we can find any other people in Bali seriously interested in our idea.

Its been about 2 months now since we started sharing our idea on facebook, we've had over 200 people join our facebook group, and and we've had quite a few people come along to our regular face to face meetings in Ubud to discuss simple living, but so far there is no one actually expressing any serious interest in the land proposal apart from the core group of 4 who had the original idea. Which is pretty fine with us anyway. We just put the idea out there to see if anyone else wants to join us. And we held the physical meetings to help us to determine from the 200 online members how many were really serious, and that tells us "not many"!!! So our questions have been answered. We're not upset that others don't like our idea. Each to their own. We will still go ahead, with our original core group. People can criticize and misrepresent us all they want, if they get their kicks from that. It doesn't bother us that much. We'll respond to the extent that we have time to, but we have no attachment to any specific outcome so its not a big deal. At least we put it out there, shared an idea, tried to do something positive. Yeah we got kicked about for it, but who cares? Those people who just want to sit back and criticize the "doers" of the world, and not get off their backsides and do anything original for themselves, well, they'll have the sort of life they deserve I guess. :-)

I didnt get rejected, i got deleted when i objected to the way you oversaw "everything" that went on in your group, including you deciding who should be in it. I dont sitt on my computor just to make fun of people, but i do tell it like it is. You are an idiot!

Gilbert, thanks for alerting us to this problem. Sorry if you experienced any inconvenience. We have no record as to what could have happened to your application, but if you are genuinely interested in the aims of this group, then you are most welcome to try joining it again and we will admit you.

Ah yes I remember you!!! You fabricated outright lies and used similar inflammatory language to that used in your last post quoted above. I think people can make up their own minds about people like you who hide in their anonymity and use your this sort of language on public forums. You breached our posting guidelines. Enough said.   Yes, i am sure you remember me, i questioned your right to decide who should be part of the group. However, i did NOT fabricate any lies and dont consider my language "inflammatory". Perhaps it was to you because you were trying to defend yourself. Who set the posting guidelines? You of course, so yoou can control what happens with in the group!

I suggest you stop putting your immaturity on public display. Sorry, but I won't engage in virtual conversations with people who have such poor arguments, social skills and powers of persuasion that they must resort to lies and end every post with a personal insult. When you adopt a more mature posture I will re-engage in this conversation but until then adios.
