I have some friends looking to come over for the month of August, and they would like to find a villa to rent for the month.
Just putting feelers out there to see what may be available, please include any prices so I can pass those along too.
Cheers,
Mark.
Not sure how many rooms they want, but I have some friends who have a villa in Seminyak, 50 metres down the gang next to Bintang supermarket.

Just be aware, August is high season.
Thanks matsaleh,
Took a look and passed on the info. They are looking for three bed with a pool. Budget is around US$4k for the month. I've suggested that Seminyak may not yield that, especially during that season. Will see if they are wiling to look at other areas too.
Cheers,
mark.

Rhys, as per CanonMan's post, they're looking for a 3 bedroom villa with pool in SEMINYAK. Budget US$4000 per month.
That is correct, no more than $4k for the month all included, with pool.
Have been doing the rounds of friends who may know of available options.
Cheers,
Mark.
I doubt if they'll find a 3 bedroom villa with pool for that price, especially in Seminyak in August. Most short-term rentals are quoted at daily rates with only 10 or 20 percent discount offered for a 1 month stay.
Having said that, there are some bargains to be had. Take a look at a few of these:
