Yes Akar is a very successful business and makes great profits, its been going for years and has some amazing reviews on all the main review sites

to be honest, I have no idea if it's a good area for business or not...
Most establishment there are foreign owned, and start/buy/take over a bussiness with probably to big of an expectation regarding the ROI...
hence most (if not all) would gladly sell whatever they 'own' there..

so that would be 640jt for 15 years...or 43jt a year...
considering the size of the place, that's a bit overprized.
