Osama bin Laden is dead, sources told CNN Sunday night.

A senior U.S. official tells CNN that Osama bin Laden was killed by the U.S. forces in a mansion outside the Pakistani capital of Islamabad along with other family members.

Congressional and administration sources say U.S. officials have the body of bin Laden. Further details around his death were not immediately available.

U.S. President Barack Obama is expected to address the nation shortly.

I was wondering how many times this guy is going to die. Some years back they said he was dead already..

They summarily executed an unarmed man. So much for the international rules of engagement. All the triumphalism is sad.

You're right about tourism, not sure what's going on there, they keep telling us the tourist numbers are great but every time I come to Bali it's quiet. Maybe the Japanese numbers are way down or though you can't tell because the Japanese hardly come out of their hotel.

Tell that to the people that were going to work on 9/11 or the tourist in Bali, I'm sure they were unarmed.
