about the tension thingy...Balinese are very protective of their foreign guest. I had that same experience with balinese people...after a while I asked a friend (balinese but wealthy) what that is all about...he said that some are just very protective, not protective in regards to your safety,

Being stuck at bounty? Aint that bad is it?

Dynnasty is the place to be for nyepi!! Bounty is torture for nyepi... Nothing happens and if your minimarts beer runs out bounty + nyepi = a very expensive and quiet day.. Dynasty have the enclosed bar with no kids allowed it's great
