Denpasar: Bali Governor Made Mangku Pastika has set up a complaint reporting service, PO Box 3122, so Bali’s residents can report any irregularities perpetrated by government officials or issues related to the quality of public service.
“The service is intended to increase transparency and accountability as well as good governance in Bali,” the Governor said.
Pastika said that all complaints and reports would be followed up with real action from him and his staff.
