    I went to Kwizien once last year, the food was as nice but on average 15,000RP more expensive for a main than most places, I haven't been back.

    In Lovina I would recommend "Sea Breeze" [left of the Dolphin statue on the beach] for great atmosphere and food or "Tropis" on the beach front road [next to the other "Tropis on the corner]. Both excellent for that special occasion. 'Kwizin' isn't what it used to be before it changed hands.
