OK I am wrong. I love my wifes cooking but I do slip in the odd potatoe now and again. I once taught her to make Shepherds pie and then she made her version of it.......with chillies :D

I dont know much about Italian food in Indonesia, what impressed me most was the huge array of Asian dishes -Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Malaysian ... ...

You can taste different Asian food in Bali, Japanese,Chinese and Indonesia's. Perhaps, we can draw FOOD MAP IN BALI in near furture, I have Japanese food map on hand, it's not only for Japan tourist but also to expat as well. Too much info. on it (inc.food/spa/shipping mall/hotal/villa/bank and hospital) by Japaness only. 8)
