    Is that because of the currents caused by the tides or because the tide is too low and the ferry cannot moore?

    All diving is based around the tides and currents, some of the dift dives just off Bali are like you are holding onto an underwater jetski, you always hope the boat crew are going to be there at the end to pick you up as you travel along way in an hour.
