Much the same goes on in the states where I used to live. In Bali, it is a lot more relaxed…things being on “Bali time.” Unfortunately though, there is still a great deal of poverty here in Bali, especially in the East and North, which often means that some kids don’t go to school at all, or if they do, their “free time” is likely to be spent in the rice fields or at other forms of work.
