My old balinese landlord used to scare of cats with an air-rifle coz they made an awful noise at night. abit harsh it may seem but i have to say when balinese cats are "goin' for it" at night i'd be tempted to bring out a rifle myself. fortunately we don't have to shot at cats for them to go away.. our 4 dogs takes care of that. equally annoying noise but they at least don't sound as bad as wild cats. sorry for sharing this awful story since you're obviously all catlovers. grrr
Tommy
My cat (ginger tom) can’t say “meow”. He can only say “uhh uhh”. To my surprise, the vet said it is quite normal. He is also not able to “goin' for it”.
So when my darling cat is in Bali. I hope he is not annoying anyone :x or any dogs  .
Thank goodness, I have never heard sate kucing in Bali.

Ive seen pics of the cats in bali ..very neat looking ...Ive also seen pics of the native dogs in bali ...not so neat looking , they look like dingo/pitbull mix or something like that ? Ive read that they run in packs at night (at least the ferial (sic) ) ...
