I haven't used them for complicated itineraries but I got good service from them when I organised a flight from Bali while I was still in Oz.

I'm sure Tin Tin will enjoy this-----My suggestion would be to use a travel agent outside of Bali- BOO! Boo! yes I know- I had Hell with several agents in Bali.. And They were all suppose to be the best---for one way destinations they may be fine- but start asking about layovers for visas and connections, hotels etc,, you will get a blank look on thier face--like this  --- Try out Sam's guy ,, you will find out quickly if they know thier stuff- Good luck on this one, it will be a lesson
OOps, I meant DCC, Sorry Tin...
Yep, Froggy, but I'm only trying to fill some much missed shoes on this site which I can't as I have neither the knowlege nor experience on the island, but I do have radar.....
Hey "Forest Gump", I'm posting My experience's, and if its negative? so what,, forum rules allow it and ask for it,, Glad to know your life is like a box of chocolates!

I've always found Vayatour to be good and reliable. They have several offices in Bali - the main one is in Sanur.

I'm not sure how well they handle "complex" itineraries. In my experiences with them, they have always delivered the goods and were very efficient. At least that's something. Worth a try.
Good luck.

Can anyone help me with a price in Rupiah flying from Bali to perth return booking from a travel agent in Bali?. I was wondering if the cost is the same as I would pay going from Perth to bali. This is for a Balinese mate of mine booking from bali.
There are many good travel companies in Bali (Satriavi, Vaya Tours, Nagasari Tours come to mind), and they are all knowledgeable for travelling in Bali and beyond. However, they all come short as truly international tour companies, able to organise meaningful excursions beyond the Archipelago. I think Bali Discovery Tours, John "Jack" Daniels, Director, is the closest to what you need. http://www.balidiscovery.com. Just have a look.
Keep on smiling.

Tink - I will be checking it out when up there (leaving next week for 4 weeks) as we may get a 12 month open return so Damsiah can go home for Ramidan. Used to be a fair bit cheaper, but prices have gone up so not sure.
Will let you know when I know.
