Hi there, It has been quite a long time since I have posted on this site. I was wondering if anybody has recently been issued a Melati Licence on their villa to enable it to be legally rented out as a whole, or to rent out just rooms? I understand that a PMA is needed in order to be issued a license, however, this seems strange as I know people living in Australia who have the licence but do not have a company in Indonesia. I am a little confused and also don't know who the licence is obtained from. If anybody could offer any help or advise, I would love to hear from you.
