how rent to pay for 12 months ???????

gidday all, my last topic is still unanswered so i'll try a new topic, i want, sorry will be moving to bali next year for a trial/experiment with my family. we wish to rent a 3 bedroom house with pool. approx how much should we expect to pay ????????.......please any input will be blessed and you might get on my xmas card list.

Think of about 50-100 million rp.
But be careful, check if there is telefon, and enough electricity!
Bevore you sign the contract, check the environment at another day and even in the night. Neighbors can be very noisy! And make clear what renovation you have to pay, and what the owner has to pay, in case anything breakes!!!!!
