Hi All,,New to the forum,
Its me first post here, so sorry,,, in advance for this one as,
I know this topic has many posts already ,,,but ,, still finding it difficult to find examples of prenup info,(some older post links are gone), understanding the basis of what "could" be included as opposed to what "should be", to be better informed before approaching Notaris.
Also a Notaris was mentioned in Bali in a earlier post,, mmm, maybe a year or so ago.
Just wondering if anyone has had a prenup drawn up in Bali recently, and could maybe share their experience/expertise here to steer me in the right direction, including cost.
Any info would be greatly and muchly appreciated.
cheers,
Where are you located? I know someone in Sanur who did ours and she understood exactly what we wanted. Cost was a little on the expensive side around 2 million, but well worth paying a little extra money to get what you want. I think all notaries have premade documents that you can use, but you will probably want to change most if not all of it.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat drinking beer all day.
Hi Spicyayam,
Firstly thanks for your reply,
Im in Legian, but Sanur is no problem,Id be very interested to know who you used, and I agree with you (as I beleive you usually get what you pay for)and this is about midrange of what Ive been hearing so far, it also sounds like you were happy with the outcome. So I'd be very interested in her name.
and thanks again ya,
