On the subject of Health Care. Can one aquire reputable Health Care Insurance in Bali for family or individuals who are of retirement age? For example: In the U.S.A. Medicare,which covers or defers cost to the elderly,does not cover the individual if they reside outside the U.S.A.. So how goes it over there for the health insurance??

Just do a quick search here under Bali Medical Insurance, or Sue Speak. But, the short answer to your question is yes, there is excellent coverage available here, and it's a fraction of what private insurance premiums in the states are.
