Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat drinking beer all day.
when you get Julia Roberts saying lines like " I think I'm in love with my pizza" you have an idea of this movie.
I didn't rate the book, too highly, I can't bear the thought of a super clean, homogenised Ubud and a pretty, Italian designer robed
Hooley Dooleya mincing her way around the world in search of some life reborn.
The stills available show a very pretty but slightly unreal Ubud market, with nary a fat sweating tourist in sight. :) :) :)
I won't be wasting my $12.00 on the movie.

I worked out how to embed the video but it doesn't play embedded.
It displays an error in the Flash player window: "An error occurred, please try again later"
Does it play for you?
Maybe my work firewall is causing the problem.(I can access youtube so it's not blocked)
Yes, I can play the second one. The first one if blocked because of copyright restrictions. I updated my flash recently, so not sure if that might be a problem or not?

I think the movie has no cunning or smart twist in it's plot but the settings (especially the captures in Bali) and the scenes are remarkable people might get interested more of traveling like the character Julia Roberts played. I wonder if the real character played lives in Bali now...

"War is terrorism on a bigger budget."
Looks like total crap to me!
The title reminds me of Ang Lee's brilliant movie "Eat, drink, man, woman" ...
Mind you I'm not a big fan of Hollywood.
