Dog insurance

I am moving to Bali next year and planning to bring my dog with me. Is it possible to buy a dog health insurance in Bali, so that the expenses are covered or partly covered if something happens?

as far as I know that is not possible..I mean the dog insurance.
but there's really no need to have that either...vetrinary expenses are waywayway cheaper then back in europe or US for example.
The hardest part will be finding a GOOD vet.
