Default customs office in bali, where?

    Hi,

sorry for making another thread but the title of my older one doesn't reflect my current needs, feel free to merge if not appropriate.

I think Bali customs might be holding back a package sent to me but I don't have any proof since dhl doesn't provide me with tracking inside of Indonesia. I've filed a search request with them but they said it will take "Multiple weeks".
I'm not thinking maybe I could simply go the customs office in person, show my ID, pay the fee and collect the package. Is this possible? Where is the office located/would I need to go?

Thank you in advance for any help!

Unless you are expecting an illegal items, I think you should kick the guys at DHL instead of the custom office.
Even if the custom office witheld your package, you can't go marching in without any letter from DHL.
Write a complaint letter to DHL online and provide them with all the necessary details
I am amazed you can't tracked your package down, because I never had a problem with my tracking, even if it is designated to Papua

    Hi Questionmark
My packages with DHL have tracked all the way to and from the Denpasar/Sanur DHL Office, so your experience sound odd. Check with the DHL Office on the Bypass (close to the KFC on the junction...same side as the KFC. Traffic direction towards the airport.
    Good luck.

Customs are in the airport although I agree with what has been written above (check with DHL).
Today I will write history. History.
