Hi, I am currently living in the UK with my Indonesian wife and our son. We are hopefully going to emigrate to Bali, having lived here in the UK together for the past 19 years, around Christmas time. I am intending to send my son, who is 12, to the AIS and at this stage seeking independent reports on the schools performance. I am also trying to find, on line if possible or a hard copy if not, detailed street maps of southern Bali in order to plan living locations in relation to the school. I have lived and worked in Indonesia before but Indonesia, and more so Bali, have moved on since then so, although I am optimistic regarding the maps, and they would be of great use, I will understand if none are available. I was in Bali for the month of February so remain current on the situation there and am very much looking forward to returning.
Looking forward to some positive feed back.
Cheers for now

I have a copy of the Bali Street Atlas from Periplus which has been very useful.

Bintang makes a fine set of goggles with a directional finder built in, great for finding that special place.. But in excess as with any high tek device, it may have side effects: blurred vision, stuttering speech, vomiting, morning sickness, etc.... but most importantly, DO NOT use this device alone!! In moderation this device is best used with a scooter on a nice sunny day cruising through -- Lovely Bali--
