Cold Today

I have just come from outside where the temprature is -29 yes you saw it correctly -29. I am thinking right now of my next trip home on the 13th. I have two objectives, one to attend my wifes youngest brothers wedding and the second to buy the land that I will build my retirement home on.

Coming back to the warmth of my extended family is always great as is the physical warmth of my adopted country. It brought to my thinking that it would be nice to have some of that warmth in here. This was always a pretty friendly place to be and although there was the odd heated discussion it now just seems to me tit for tat antagonism which gets no one no where.

This is a forum about Bali, those that live here and those that want to. It is not a place to get angry about the simplest of things, insult people or even physically threaten them. Is it so difficult to maintain and even disposition. If you were not behind a computer would you talk to, insult and threaten people around you at work, in a pub or even your friends. If you did I believe that you might get a few knuckle sandwiches :D

I am sure you would not so why do it in here. Does not make sense to me. If someone really annoys you just ignore them or use the friends switch and then you will get no messages from those that annoy you.

Be nice if those that had left came back and started again in this manner......do you not think?

Jimbo can you send some of that -29c over here to melbourne preferably for saturday as expected temp 43c :shock: dont know where im going to hide ! Thought about sitting in the bottle shop fridge while enjoying a few cold one :P
