It is up to you of course but having looked at the site I wouldn't give em any money - they seem to only have linked to everyone in Bali but have nothing of their own to offer.

It looks like they are a directory or free classified website, so the contact details of the hotels and businesses are the direct contact details - no agent involved.
Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will sit in a boat drinking beer all day.
Also, there are no dates on the ads and some of them have been on there for years.
